The Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) at MPSP is a 2-year professional programme recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and affiliated to the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh (BTE UP). It is an ideal entry point into the pharmacy profession, providing core pharmaceutical knowledge and hands-on skills for retail, hospital, and community pharmacy practice.
D. Pharm graduates are eligible to register with the State Pharmacy Council and practice as licensed pharmacists. The programme also serves as a pathway to B. Pharm through the Lateral Entry route.
After completing D. Pharm, students can directly enter B. Pharm 2nd year through the Lateral Entry route at MPSP. This fast-track pathway lets D. Pharm holders upgrade to a full bachelor's degree in just 3 additional years.
